For children from 2.5 to grade 12, we offer a Summer Camp camp to engage in the arts!
Our Art Camp is designed to inspire creativity, provide space to explore and give opportunities to meet other young creatives. We are offered a range of courses so you can explore studio practices in art and design through hands-on classes taught by practicing professional artists and educators. With a focus on foundational skills and creative process, courses are open to students at all at all levels.

All Camp sessions begin at 10:00 am and end at 4:00 pm. We also offer early drop off (9:00 am) and late pickup (5:00 pm) services for an additional fee ($40).

SPRING BREAK CAMP
Painting, Drawing, mixed media and collage your way into art. Drawing will be our main emphasis with references offered and drawing from your imagination. We will use a number of different drawing materials including inks and water-soluble pens, pencils and charcoal. We will cut up old drawings and create scenes or animals from the textured cuts. It is recommended that students also bring a sketchbook if you have one , or center will provide all materials.

•Your booking is for a 2.5 hrs
(party - roughly 1 hr of art-making time facilitated by IAA instructors, followed by free party time (food, cake, music)
•Art materials are covered in the cost
•You should provide your own food, drinks, cutlery, and any extra decorations you need
Studio capacity is around 15 guests, including the birthday kid (cost is per guest).

The IAA offers expert guidance and mentoring for all students developing their professional portfolios. Our experts are experts with portfolio development and critique for academia and for commercial and professional contexts.
Whether you are preparing for an undergraduate or graduate program, our University Preparation Program helps you determine what to study, where to study, and most importantly: how you’re going to get there. Our university acceptance rate is high, and our process is the reason why.
The IAA will help students to achieve their dreams. We are extremely confident in guiding our students to realize their targets and achieve the pursuit of their desired post-secondary education.
We prepare our students early to become great professionals in the field of art, architecture, and design. We are thrilled to witness them grow and shine in this competitive industry and fulfill their aspirations.
Students who are interested in pursuing visual art in post-secondary schools in fields as diverse as architecture through animation, fine arts and a variety of design fields are encouraged to enroll in our Advanced Placement programs at the grade 11 and 12 levels. In these courses students learn how to prepare a powerful portfolio to gain both admissions to their schools of choice around the globe along with earning scholarships to help fund their artistic dreams.
Becoming a member of our extensive and diverse Visual Art Alumni is both a responsibility and a privilege, providing opportunities to network and gain support from a creative community of artists and designers.
PROGRAMS
The International Arts Academy (IAA) is a Vancouver-based art education institution dedicated to transitioning art and design students to their post-secondary school of choice all tailored to fit students schedule and achieve their goals. We are also offering extracurricular and after school classes as well as our longstanding high quality art education, as well as teaching art fundamentals to young children ( Parent and Me ).
