ADMINISTRATIVE FEES APPLICATION FEE

A one time, non-refundable, $100 application fee is payable via cheque or credit card upon submission of your application form.

 

This fee covers all children within your family. If you wish to register, add more classes, or enroll another child, please fill out our application package.

 

SECURITY DEPOSIT

This refundable $200 deposit is payable upon initial entry into My Whole Earth Academy and is returned at the end of your child’s enrollment with us, if your account is in good standing.

 

FAILURE TO PAY / NSF

 

Cheques and refused credit cards are subject to a $50.00 service charge. If 2 failed payments are received, alternate payment methods may be required.

 

WITHDRAWAL PENALTIES

 

One month’s written notice is requested should you wish to withdraw your child. A Withdrawal form is found here. Outstanding fees will be deducted from your security deposit and a final bill will be presented upon acceptance of your withdrawal, outlining any remaining balance owed. Please read our Withdrawal Policy thoroughly to fully understand your payment obligations.  It is found in the application package above

PROGRAM SCHEDULE

Vancouver’s IAA Academy provides a range of programs for children under 5.

Our Prep and Jr Preschool, Preschool, Junior Kindergarten, and Kindergarten programs run Monday to Friday and follow the regular school year. We also offer fun and engaging Summer Camps! Please download a copy of our IAA ACADEMY Year Programs 2024-2025.
